- What did you like most?The room was very clean and spacious and met expectations after we finally received the correct room. Good view. Good location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The check-in process was completely unsatisfactory. After we arrived for a prepaid room, we went to the Kiosk to check-in. After waiting for the key for 40 mins, we got back in line, waited another 30 mins in line to get the key to room. When we went to the room. It was the wrong room, not what we paid for. Of course you guessed it, we had to go back downstairs, get in line for the 3rd time wait again for the hotel personal to tell us our room would not be available until the next day. To make matters worse, we had to start over again the next day. Very frustrating.
