- What did you like most?The staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and genuinely tried to help us with everything. They even offered us complimentary drinks and upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel felt quite old and did not meet the expectations of a four-star property. The furniture was outdated, the rooms were dark, and the sound insulation was poor — we could hear noise from other rooms and music until late at night. The sink drained very slowly, and mobile internet reception inside the hotel was weak. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Although there appeared to be a wide variety, the food quality was low and not very fresh. One morning I asked if it was possible to have a freshly made omelet for myself, they didn’t understand what I am asking for and they brought more scrambled egg to the open buffet. For a four-star hotel, this was disappointing. Additionally, the location was far from most tourist attractions, and we had to rely on taxis frequently.
