Disgusting dirty rooms.
- What did you like most?I only score this room a one for the comfy bed.
- Was there anything you didn't like?* The room was absolutely filthy. It had not been dusted at all. There was dust all above the head board which is absolutely disgusting * There was marks all over the walls. This looks as though someone has been sick and walls havent been cleaned. * The room smelt of sick as soon we entered. The room window had been left opened as though they had cleaned this & tried to vent the room. * The extractor fan in the bathroom was absolutely thivk with dust & not cleaned in months. * We had a shower that never got warm & had to have cold showers for 4 days straight. * The shower tray didnt drain away and was filling up with watwr creating a slip hazard. * The shower - I can wee faster the pressure was that poor * The room we stored our luggage in prior to checking in smelt of sick & was transfered onto my luggage bag. We had to store our bags in the bathroom cause of the aftersmell. * The elevator felt as though it wasnt safe & was stopping & starting. We had to use the stairs to the top floor.
Excellent location with friendly staff
- What did you like most?Location was excellent - 5 min walk from Pimlico tube and 10-15 walk from Victoria (and all the transport links Victoria offers). Buses also right out the front. Staff were excellent too - friendly and helpful. We stored luggage before check-in and received breakfast bags when we had to depart on our final morning before breakfast was available. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious - toasts, cold meats, cereals, yogurts, croissants, boiled eggs. Fresh & delicious.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our quad room and bathroom was tiny for 4 people with 4 bags. The shower itself was small and took a long time to drain. We didn’t spend much time in the room so this wasn’t a huge problem but on mornings trying to get ready was a little tight.
