- Was there anything you didn't like?The parking situation was ridiculous. They didn’t let you know that you needed to get the app so you wouldn’t get charged every time you went out. The AC in the room was so loud, it sounded like it was going to break. We couldn’t sleep the first night. Had the room changed the rest of the stay. The elevators are crazy glitchy. Wouldn’t read the room keys, and random floors would be selected sending you everywhere but the floor needed. So frustrating. The staff seemed new to the industry. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A too bad so sad kind of attitude. Will never go back.
